ionizing radiation and its effect on living organisms

It is important for proper functionig of living organisms to considerate all of the factors, especially those which can affect organisms. So it is necessary to recognize as fast as possible, in order to prevent harmful effects. Ionizing radiation is X-rays, α , β , γ or neutron radiation.They act more or less on organisms,about that which radiation we review.In many cases,they destroy cells and Accordingly all the organism or fundamentally changes their ongoing metabolic processes,at the expense of the defective strucures. In this work there is some information about radiation types, their act on bilogical organisms, advantages and disadvantages and use in medicine.
