Abstract Many scientists believe, that fosil fuels ( coal, oil, natural gas), which is considered the foundation of modern civilization, will be run down stocks soon, because of energy demand is continuously increasing. As much as, Nuclear energy has acquired a special significance, which is considered also getting that energy is one of the cheapest and environmentally less harmful. However, due to the fact that there is no concept of zero risk factor, important debate is the issue of nuclear power in terms of its safety and reliability.
