The kinetics for the formation of LSCO and YBCO during solid-state reaction is investigated using an isothermal method. TG and X-ray Diffraction analysis allowed to study decomposition SrCO3 and BaCO3starting mixture of reagents. X-ray diffraction analysis of synthesis materials showed that synthesis at low temperatures (below 850 OC) is not sufficient to obtain good quality superconducting phase of La1.84 Sr0.16 CuO4. But we have different situation X-ray diffraction analysis of synthesis materials showed that synthesis at low temperatures (at 850 OC) is sufficient to obtain good quality superconducting phase ofYBCO.
