Haykin's problem ​for a single unite system with only one unite involved we get Van der Pol equation, which describes frictional oscillations. ''Stick-slip'' dynamics is shown in this model. We examined one and also two connected Van der Pol oscillator dynamics. One Van der Pol oscillator shows chaotic state and we get resonance for both linear and non-linear equations. Using recurrent sequence method for two connected Van der Pol oscillators we get chaotic state. We also examined resonance curve and obtained synchronization effect.
