Annotation:

This work discusses the reasons for Auroral lights’ occurence according to Schtiormer’s theorem. This theory says that cosmic rays have forbidden and permissible areas. Moddeling showed that permissible areas are closed or open spaces in close proximity of Earth. A particle from outer space can’t enter this areas and they represent permissible areas for highenergy particles cought by Earth’s magnetic field, which corresponds to radioactive zones. This work shows that permissible areas’ geometry is dependent on the energy of cosmic rays and is defined by magnetic field’s dipole.
