Manganese dioxide is widely used because of its interesting physical and chemical properties in the field of catalysis, ion exchanging, molecular adsorption, biosensor and the accumulation of energy. Some modifications of manganese dioxide owing to its electrochemical activity is widely used in energy storage devices. Many researchers consider manganese dioxide as an alternative cheap and safe power source. Thus, the research and usage of the manganese dioxide in the batteries and supercapacitors is topical issue nowadays.
