Mineralogical and genetical particularities of albian-upper cretaceous volcanic agate-chalcedony deposits(example of Tedzami deposit)

Precious stone represents raw material of different branches of industry and in turn is widely used in decorative, jewelry, that's why, today, in this regard, the study and development of the resource base of the country have particular importance, which, in case of market requirements, will contribute the economic improvement of the country. Since 60s of the last century, Tedzami agate mine has been being processed, which was included in production as in jewelry-decorative so as in technical application. Today, there are no exploration works in the mine. Identification of agate, chalcedony containing mines is possible nearby the study area (fully worked out), for which it is necessary to resume the detailed exploration works, which will be contributed by this paper. It deals with new interpretation about formation of Tedzami agate-chalcedony mines, which will be used in exploration works carried out for the purpose to identify new areas near the mine.
