Synthesis of carbohydrate derivatives and study of their biological activity is an important process for disease prevention. Especially, carbohydrates containing nitroso group, because they have an effect of vasodilator; They play an important role in the process of apoptosis and cell proliferation. Also, carbohydrate derivatives containing nitroso group participates in the functioning of the immune system and nervous system. In this work, we consider the derivatives of glucose, which contains nitroso group.
